Green/Gold Day!

Today is a day to celebrate!  Today is Green/Gold Day.  We are celebrating our very special school and its very special environment.
We went to Green/Gold Day assembly.  We wore our special Green hats that we made.



We are in charge of looking after the Butterfly Garden.  We did some weeding and some tidying up of the area.  In our class we have been working hard to remember that we mustn't touch the caterpillars!  It is our job to leave them on the plants so that they can grow into beautiful butterflies.

    What a fantastic idea, living so far away its lovely to see how Madalin Watts is getting on in school and sharing her friends. It gives us a taste of school life in New Zealand

    Hey, Room 3! You all look very smart in your green hats. I think you are doing a wonderful job in the Butterfly Garden. It is a great idea to look after our environment, so thank you for your hard work.
